| Job Description : |
1. To establish and maintain the farm unit of size up to 200 acres
2. To cultivate and maximize the yields of medicinal & aromatic plants like Amla, Patchauli etc, Horticulture crops like Banana, Papaya, Pomegranate etc, Agro Forestry plants like Teak, Bamboo, Mangia etc and Intercrops like Toor, Soya bean etc
3. Plan, develop and direct intercultural and other agriculture operations Ploughing, sowing, Fertigation, Drip irrigation, weeding, harvesting etc.
4. To supervise Farm Assts and Hiring, training and management of farm labour.
5. To utilize and maintain the Farm Machinery, tools and Implements such as Tractors, Power Tillers, MB Plough, Cultivator, DG Sets, Submersible Pumps etc
6. To implement the latest agricultural practices in order to increase the production and quality.
7. To suggest and introduce intercrops relating to Food Grains, Pulses, Oilseeds and vegetables
8. To prepare Budgets and monitor & control actual costs versus Budgets relating to Farm Units supervised.
9. To coordinate with Suppliers, Consultants and Govt. Departments as and when required for compliance.

2-8 Years of Experience
1.Experience in managing Farm of Agro Forestry or medicinal and aromatic plants or Horticulture crops. Exposure to computers particularly MS Office essential

Graduate in Agriculture, Botany or Agro Forestry
PG - Post Graduation in Agriculture, Agro Forestry, Horticulture or
PGDM/MBA in Agri Business
