| Job Description : |
1. To establish and maintain the farm unit of size up-to 100 acres
2. To cultivate and maximize the yields of medicinal & aromatic plants like Amla, Patchauli etc, Horticulture crops like Banana, Papaya, Pomegranate etc, Agro Forestry plants like Teak, Bamboo, Mangia etc and Intercrops like Toor, Soya bean etc
3. Plan, develop and direct intercultural and other agriculture operations Ploughing, sowing, Fertigation, Drip irrigation, weeding, harvesting etc.
4. Hiring, training and management of farm labour.
5. To utilize and maintain the Farm Machinery, tools and Implements such as Tractors, Power tillers, MB Plough, Cultivator, DG Sets, Submersible Pumps etc
6. To implement the latest agricultural practices in order to increase the production and quality.

| Experience : |
2- 4 years of Experience
Experience in managing Farm of Agro Forestry or medicinal and aromatic plants or Horticulture crops. Exposure to computers particularly MS Office desirable

| Education : |
Graduate in any subject preferably in Agriculture, Botany or Agro
Forestry
