| Job Description : |
1) To establish and manage a commercial nursery for raising fruits and agro forestry plants. Like: Teak, Amla, Papaya, Pomegranate, Sandalwood, Banana, etc
2) Responsible for vegetative propagation, grafting, budding, cataloguing and maintaining mother stock.
3) Responsible for selection and purchase of poly house, shade nets, root trainers, poly-bags, other hardware and consumables required for nursery.
4) Responsible for deploying and training nursery labour for media preparation, bed preparation, planting, transplanting, etc.
5) Responsible for cost control and commercial output of nursery.
6) Also responsible for registration of nursery with State Horticulture Department, NHB and for arranging subsidies wherever applicable.

| Experience : |
6-11 yrs of handling a commercial modern nursery having all facilities such as poly house, mist-chambers, seed beds, progeny blocks, etc.
|
| Education : |
Graduate in Agriculture / Agro Forestry / Horticulture.
Post Graduate will be preferred
