| Job Description : |
1) Responsible for initial Project Planning, Evaluation, monitoring and control during Project Stage.
2) Ensure Preparation of Feasibility Reports, TEFR’s, DPR’s etc.
3) Facilitate Site identification, site evaluation etc.
4) To identify, appoint and coordinate, in consultation with Project Head and Unit Head, various Consultants such as Cement Industry consultants, Detailed Engineering Consultants, Structural and Civil Consultants, EIA Consultants and any other consultants e.g. Holtec, DCPL etc
5) Responsible for coordination and correspondence with central & state Government / other Institutions for information, sanctions & approvals.
6) To assist Project Head/ Unit Head in selection of EPC suppliers, Technology Suppliers, Plant and Machinery Suppliers, Civil Contractors etc
7) Responsible for monitoring of Project Implementation and preparation of Project control Reports for Management
i) Provide assistance to Unit during plant commissioning and trial runs.
ii) To supervise team of Project Engineers based at Noida Office
iii) To coordinate with F&A for Financial Closure of Project and provide all support & Information to F&A relating to Project Financing including participation in Meetings with Financial Institutions
iv) Responsible for preparing Detailed Budgets (Monthly, Quarterly and yearly) and ensure Funds Transfers to Site as well as Project Office. Also scrutiny of Site Expenses and forwarding to Accounts Deptt after due approvals.
v) Responsible for preparing and sending Financial and Non-Financial MIS for Cement Project to Management as well as coordinate Monthly, Quarterly and periodic Presentations and Meetings.
vi) To coordinate with SBU HR/Corporate HR Deptt for recruitment and filling up of various critical positions in Cement Division at Site and at Corporate Office

| Experience : |
1) Min. 12 -25 years, The candidates must be from engineering background with experience in Projects Deptt /Planning Deptt or Production in Cement / any other Chemical process Industry. They should preferably be exposed to working with Project Software such as MS Projects, Primavera etc
2) Work experience in Northeast / Eastern region would be an added advantage
3) Candidates having Experience with Engineering Consultancy companies in Cement /Chemical Process Industry Field can also apply
